All sales are final. No refunds. Please ensure the correct size if selected before confirming your purchase.
Please note that all returns are for same item exchange ONLY. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit of your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 10 business days from shipment arrival in exchange for a different size. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. Returns must not be custom. We are not responsible for returning shipping costs.
Private/Custom purchases are final. We offer alterations to customers that notify us within 10 business days from shipment arrival.
Discounted items are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or alterations on discounted items.
SHIPPING
Our handcrafted designs require a procedure of steps that start as soon as an order is placed. The following information will help estimate when a gown will be ready after placing an order!
US & International / 4 to 6 weeks
US & International Rush / 2 to 4 weeks
Custom / 4 to 6 weeks
IMPORTANT: We urge our clients to ensure the correct size is selected when placing an order. If unsure of your size or specific measurements, we highly recommend filling our custom sizing form.
